Who is The Computer Exorcist?
Marc-Anthony Arena is an honors graduate of both McQuaid Jesuit and RIT's Saunders College of Business, studying Entrepreneurship, Spanish, and Russian. He has extensive Windows, Mac, Mint, and electronics experience, and a natural intuition for diagnosing complex computer issues and explaining tech concepts in Plain English.
He started his business as a side gig to help friends and family in 2009, and made it an LLC in 2011.
He discovered the entire world is comprised of intelligent people who are just overwhelmed by technology. Unfortunately, most "computer guys" talk down to their clients, use outdated methods, worship recurring-revenue schemes, or simply don't show up. He spent a decade as a local AM/FM talk show host, and move to podcasting in 2023. He also writes books exposing the IT industry with humor and analogies. When he's not simplifying people's digital lives, he's getting his godchildren into vintage video games, or on a road trip looking for good seafood.
